Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot accept your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in NEW & UNUSED condition.

All products must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods below are exempt from being returned.

• • Heath care products

• • Gift cards

• • Personalised Items

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of your refund or store credit if approved. If your return is rejected our returns team will contact you to explain why and arrange the return of your items. Please note it can take up to 5 business days to process returns.

If you initially qualified for free UK delivery on your order but decide to return it in full, to cover the initial delivery fee we will deduct £4.99 from your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

 

• • Any item not in original packaging.

• • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

All refunds are automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Credit/Debit Card refunds usually take between 3-5 days to clear.

PayPal refunds can take up to 15 working days to clear.

 

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale & clearance items can only be returned for store credit.

 

 

Returning your items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
