1. All of our products come with a 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase with a copy of the sales receipt.
2. 30-day unconditional money back guarantee: In the unlikely occurrence that you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

You can return new items from a cancelled order within 30 days after they have been delivered to you. Upon cancellation you should return all products to us in original packaging. You are responsible for returning the item to us, we will not be held liable for any goods damaged and/or lost in transit to us. We recommend sending goods insured and/or recorded.

All returns need to be submitted via our returns form regaldog.co,uk/returns   -This will generate a unique RMA number and provide you the instructions necessary to return your order to us.

As per our Terms and Conditions:

5.1. All of our products come with a 1-year guarantee from the date of purchase with a copy of the sales receipt. Items will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Regal Dog Ltd, free of charge.
5.2. Our guarantee does not cover any damage such as scratches, chips, decolourisation or general wear and tear. Neither will it cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse(stress tests, torture tests, abnormal wear), lack of reasonable care, or damage occurring from shipment.
5.3. No guarantee is given nor implied on any goods if used beyond listed capabilities.
5.4. In case of replacement, it cannot be guaranteed that you will receive the same style item, if this is the case we will work with you to select an item of equal value and similar appearance.
5.5. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges when returning items to us.
5.6 Our guarantee is non transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
