We will happily exchange an item ordered in error. You will be required to pay the return postage to us, the difference for new product and return shipment to yourself.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Please remember if the new item you require for an exchange is on back-order it will have an approximate 20 working day lead time.
